St. Thadeus does not have classes for music, practical arts and craft and other international languages, we believe these extra classes really can impact children’s lives by opening them up to other opportunities which are not provided by the national syllabus given.
Music education in Tanzania is one of the fields that have a low investment and therefore music is not seen to be effective and even music artists tend to go for various classes in the future so as to become skilled and due to that the school has planned to set different sessions that would help students to have musical knowledge.
What hinders the program to start is lack of adequate musical instruments, guiding books and proper trained staff who would volunteer to commences the given program Our immediate need for this project is to have simple music equipment’s and a music teacher.
