However, one of the major challenges our school faces is its limited land area, which significantly affects the learning environment and extracurricular activities. Compared to government-established schools, which have spacious grounds, our school operates on a small piece of land that restricts academic and physical development opportunities.
The Need for Expansion Currently, our school lacks adequate space for essential facilities, including a proper playing ground. The available minimal pitch can only accommodate one to two games at a time, limiting students' participation in sports and other physical activities that are crucial for their growth and well-being.
Furthermore, the limited school area restricts the construction of additional classrooms, science and ICT labs, and other critical infrastructure needed to enhance the learning experience. With the increasing number of pupils, it is vital to expand the school to provide a more conducive academic environment.
Proposed Solution To address these challenges, we propose the expansion of St. Thadeus Pre & Primary School by acquiring nearby land from our neighbors. This expansion will allow us to:
1. Develop a Standard School Playground – A well-equipped playing ground will support various sports and physical activities, fostering students’ health and teamwork skills.
2. Enhance Safety and Comfort – Expanding the school premises will prevent overcrowding, ensure a safer environment, and provide students with the space they need to thrive academically and socially.
